DIDI LAUNCH RIDER PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This document is valid for riders of the DiDi-Rider app in the following cities (together, “Eligible Cities”):

Early Bird Offer Terms and Conditions
1.Sign up as a rider of the DiDi-Rider app in one of the Eligible Cities before DiDi’s Launch to receive “up to 20% off” vouchers subject to the promotion terms below.
2.Each voucher entitles the rider to receive 20% off the total trip fare (excluding tolls, levy and other third-party charges) for the trips taken in the first two (2) weeks of DiDi’s Launch.
3.The use of the vouchers is subject to DiDi’s Promotion Terms and Conditions in the DiDi-Rider app under Account > Settings > Legal.
4.Maximum of four (4) vouchers can be used per day per account.
5.The maximum value of saving per trip is $10. One voucher per trip.
6.Vouchers only apply to trips started within DiDi’s geographical area of operation in the Eligible Cities.
7.DiDi reserves the right to terminate this offer or change these terms and conditions at any time.
8.DiDi’s decision in this matter is final.
9.These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws in the relevant state in which the promotion is conducted and shall be read in conjunction with DiDi’s Promotion Terms and Conditions in the DiDi-Rider app under Account > Settings > Legal.

Post-Launch Offer A Terms and Conditions
1.Sign up as a rider of the DiDi-Rider app in one of the Eligible Cities within the first six (6) weeks of DiDi’s Launch to receive three (3) “up to 20% off” vouchers subject to the promotion terms below.
2.Each voucher entitles the rider to receive up to 20% off the total trip fare (excluding tolls, levy and other third-party charges).
3.The use of the vouchers is subject to DiDi’s Promotion Terms and Conditions in the DiDi-Rider app under Account > Settings > Legal.
4.The maximum value of saving per trip is $10. One voucher per trip.
5.All vouchers expire fourteen (14) days from issue.
6.Vouchers only apply to trips started within DiDi’s geographical area of operation in the Eligible Cities.
7.DiDi reserves the right to terminate this offer or change these terms and conditions at any time.
8.DiDi’s decision in this matter is final.

1.Sign up as a rider of the DiDi-Rider app in one of the Eligible Cities after the first six (6) weeks of DiDi’s Launch to receive two (2) “up to 20% off” vouchers subject to the promotion terms below.
2.The use of the vouchers is subject to DiDi’s Promotion Terms and Conditions in the DiDi-Rider app under Account > Settings > Legal.
3.This offer is available until 12:00am (local time) on 1 November 2020.
4.Each voucher entitles the rider to receive up to 20% off the total trip fare (excluding tolls, levy and other third-party charges).
5.The maximum value of saving per trip is $10. One voucher per trip.
6.All vouchers expire fourteen (14) days from issue.
7.Vouchers only apply to DiDi Express trips that started within DiDi’s geographical area of operation in the Eligible Cities.
8.DiDi reserves the right to terminate this offer or change these terms and conditions at any time.
9.DiDi’s decision in this matter is final.
10.These terms and conditions will be governed by the laws in the relevant state in which the promotion is conducted and shall be read in conjunction with DiDi’s Promotion Terms and Conditions in the DiDi-Rider app under Account > Settings > Legal.

Rider Refer Rider Terms and Conditions
1.This offer is exclusive to existing riders of the DiDi-Rider app in one of the Eligible Cities and is only available from 12:00am on 13 July 2020 to 12:00am on 1 November 2020 (local time).
2.To be eligible for this offer, an existing rider must have referred at least one (1) person to register as a rider of the DiDi-Rider app in one of the Eligible Cities using its unique referral code.
3.The referee must be a new user who has never taken a trip with DiDi in Australia. Personal social-network accounts, credit/debit cards, mobile number and emails that belong to the same individual will be considered and verified as one DiDi account in Australia.
4.The referrer will receive one (1) $10 voucher and two (2) $5 vouchers which can be applied to reduce the total trip fare (excluding tolls, levy and other third-party charges). All vouchers expire twenty-one (21) days from issue.
5.The referee will receive one (1) $10 voucher and two (2) $5 vouchers (excluding tolls, levy and other third-party charges). All vouchers expire fourteen (14) days from issue.
