Pre-Launch Sign-up Offer Terms and Conditions

1. This offer is valid for new users who have never registered and been approved as a driver-partner under the DiDi-Driver app.

2. Download the DiDi-Driver app, successfully register and be approved as a driver-partner for DiDi in Sydney before 11:59pm 11 March 2020 (AEDT) to receive Platinum DiDi Advance status for the first four (4) weeks after Launch.

3. Download the DiDi-Driver app, successfully register and be approved as a driver-partner for DiDi in Sydney and successfully refer at least two (2) persons to register as a driver-partner for DiDi in Sydney before 11:59pm 11 March 2020 (AEDT) to receive Diamond DiDi Advance status for the first four (4) weeks after Launch.

4. A successful referral is recognised when the referred user signs up using your referral code and gets approved as a driver-partner for DiDi in Sydney.

5. Your DiDi Advance status for the fifth (5th) week of Launch will be determined by your performance on the DiDi Advance Quests in the fourth (4th) week of Launch.

3. Your DiDi Advance status for the fifth (5th) week of signing up will be determined by your performance on the DiDi Advance Quests in the fourth (4th) week of signing up.

Post-Launch Sign-up Offer B Terms and Conditions

1. This offer is valid for new users who have never registered and been approved as a driver-partner under the DiDi-Driver app.

2. Driver-partners who have downloaded the DiDi-Driver app, successfully registered and been approved as driver-partners for DiDi in Sydney after 11:59pm 12 April 2020 (AEDT) will receive at least Gold DiDi Advance status for the first two (2) weeks of signing up.

3. Your DiDi Advance status for the third (3th) week of signing up will be determined by your performance on the DiDi Advance Quests in the second (2nd) week of signing up.

Driver Refer Driver Competition Terms and Conditions

Competition Information

Competition #Sydney Driver Referral Campaign (Driver) – Diamond Level for one year (52 weeks) (12:00am 4 May 2020 – 12:00am 3 May 2021). Five winners.

Eligibility: This competition is only open to residents of New South Wales who are 18 years of age or older, have downloaded the DiDi-Driver app, and have successfully registered with a valid mobile number and email address and been approved as a driver-partner of DiDi in Sydney.

Competition Period: This competition begins at 12:00am on 1 Jan 2020 (AEDT) and ends at 11:59pm on 26 April 2020 (AEDT).

How to Enter: To enter this competition, you must first successfully refer at least one (1) person to register as a driver-partner of the DiDi-Driver app. A successful referral is recognised when the referee signs up using the referrer’s unique referral code and gets approved as a driver-partner of DiDi in Sydney. Eligible entrants will enter the competition automatically.

Prize: For a one-year period of fifty-two (52) weeks from 12:00am 4 May 2020 (AEDT) to 12:00am 3 May 2021 (AEDT), the winners will be placed on Diamond Level of DiDi Advance and be eligible for all applicable Diamond Level benefits and perks.

Drawing and Winner Notification: The five (5) driver-partners with the highest number of successful referrals will receive Diamond DiDi Advance status for fifty-two (52) weeks starting from 12:00am 4 May 2020 (AEDT). The winners will be notified via email by DiDi and on social channels by 11:59pm 1 May 2020 (AEDT). List of winners may also be displayed on DiDi’s website blog, Facebook page and Instagram page.

Terms and Conditions of Entry

1. Information of the specific competition forms part of these terms and conditions of entry.

2. The promoter of all competitions is DiDi Mobility (Australia) Pty Ltd (ABN 96 623 144 963) (DiDi).

3. All competition entrants must reside in New South Wales. Entrants from outside New South Wales will be disqualified.

4. To be eligible for this competition, any entrant must be eighteen (18) years of age or older, have downloaded the DiDi-Driver app, has successfully registered and been approved as a driver-partner of DiDi for Sydney, and has successfully referred at least one (1) person to register as a driver-partner of DiDi. A successful referral is recognised when the referee signs up and gets approved as a driver-partner of DiDi in Sydney.

5. Eligible entrants will enter into the competition automatically. DiDi may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any entries from and prohibit further participation in this competition by any person without further explanation.

6. Winners will be allocated by highest number of successful referrals capped at five (5).

7. (Prize) For a period of fifty-two (52) weeks from 12:00am 4 May 2020 (AEDT) to 12:00am 3 May 2021 (AEDT), each winner will be placed on Diamond Level of DiDi Advance and be eligible for all Diamond Level benefits and perks, including without limitation 0% Services Fee.

8. Winners are responsible for all other costs which may be incurred in the acceptance and use of the prize.

9. Unless otherwise specified, prizes or any unused portion of a prize cannot be exchanged or transferred and cannot be redeemed for cash.

10. Driver-partners must not market or promote this competition to friends without their consent or to the public at large or through paid advertising channels (such as blog sites, ads and the like) unless express consent is given by DiDi.

11. At DiDi’s request, winners must participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) in connection with this competition, free of charge, and consent to DiDi using their name and image in promotional materials.

12. DiDi may communicate, advertise or run a competition using Facebook or Instagram. However, such competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook or Instagram. By entering any competition, you are agreeing to completely release Facebook or Instagram from any and all liability associated with the competition.

13. By participating in this competition, unless otherwise advised, each entrant expressly consents to DiDi collecting personal information for promotional and marketing purposes or disclosing the personal information to third parties as required and to the extent permissible under applicable privacy laws. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to that office.

14. DiDi, its contractors, employees and agents will not be liable for any loss (including loss of opportunity), damage (including without limitation direct, indirect or consequential loss), personal injury, illness or death suffered in relation to this competition or the acceptance or use of the prize, except for any liability which under statute cannot be excluded (in which case that liability is limited to the greatest extent allowed by law).

15. Without limiting the previous paragraph, DiDi will not be liable for any damage to or delay in transit of prizes.

16. DiDi reserves the right to refuse, terminate or cancel any promotions or offers (including promotion codes, vouchers, discounts and rewards issued), suspend or cancel an account (including yours) where, in DiDi’s sole discretion, you have breached the applicable terms and conditions or the. Promotions or offers have been obtained by unfair, deceptive, fraudulent or dishonest means. DiDi’s decision in this matter is final and DiDi may exercise its discretion without prior notice or explanation to you.

17. DiDi reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the competition without notice.

18. These terms and conditions will be governed by the laws in New South Wales.
