Early Bird Offer Terms and Conditions

1.This offer is valid for new users who have never registered and been approved as a driver-partner under the DiDi-Driver app in Australia. 

2.Download the DiDi-Driver app, successfully register and be approved as a driver-partner for DiDi in one of the Eligible Cities before DiDi’s Launch to receive 0% Services Fee for the first four (4) weeks of DiDi’s Launch 

3.Complete three (3) trips within DiDi’s geographical area of operations in one of the Eligible Cities within the first week of DiDi’s Launch to receive an additional bonus of $50.

4.The bonus will be added to your weekly earnings upon completion of the required trips. 

5.DiDi reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.

6.DiDi’s decision in this matter is final.

Post-Launch Sign-up Offer Terms and Conditions

1.This offer is valid for new users who have never registered and been approved as a driver-partner under the DiDi-Driver app in Australia. 

2.Download the DiDi-Driver app, successfully register and be approved as a driver-partner for DiDi in one of the Eligible Cities within the first four (4) weeks of DiDi’s Launch to receive 5% Services Fee for four (4) weeks. 

3.DiDi reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.

4.DiDi’s decision in this matter is final. 

5.These terms and conditions are to be read in conjunction with the General Terms and Conditions for Promotions under Account > Settings > Legal in the DiDi-Driver app.

Driver Refer Driver Reward Terms and Conditions

1.This offer is exclusive to registered and approved DiDi driver-partners in the Eligible Cities.

2.This offer is available until 12:00 am (local time) on 7 September 2020. 

3.Receive a referral reward of $100 when you have successfully referred at least one (1) person to register as a driver-partner with DiDi in one of the Eligible Cities.

4.A successful referral is recognised when the referee has registered and been approved as a DiDi driver-partner in one of the Eligible Cities within fourteen (14) days of being referred and has completed ten (10) trips within DiDi’s operational area in one of the Eligible Cities:

(a)     if being referred prior to DiDi’s Launch in the above-mentioned cities, within fourteen (14) days from DiDi’s Launch; or

(b)    if being referred after DiDi’s Launch in the above-mentioned cities. Within fourteen (14) days of being approved. 

5.The referee must be a new user who has never been registered or approved as a driver-partner with DiDi in Australia. 

6.The reward will be added to the referrer’s earnings after the referee has completed the required number of trips.

7.You must not market or promote this promotion to friends without their consent or to the public at large, or through paid advertising channels (such as blog sites, ads and the like) unless express written consent is given by DiDi. DiDi reserves  the right to limit the redemptions by any promotion codes or links at any time. 

8.DiDi reserves the right to add, change, modify, limit or cancel eligibility, qualifications, operations, reward bonus, tier levels or tier structure of any promotions of offers in DiDi’s sole discretion, at any time and without prior notice or explanation to you. 

9.DiDi reserves the right to refuse, terminate or cancel any promotions or offers (including referral codes, referral links, vouchers, discounts and rewards issued), suspend or cancel an account (including yours), where, in DiDi’s sole discretion, you have breached the applicable terms and conditions, or the promotions or offers have been obtained by unfair, deceptive, fraudulent or dishonest means. DiDi’s decision in this matter is final and DiDi may exercise its discretion without prior notice or explanation to you. 

10.DiDi, its contractors, employees and agents, shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, injuries, costs and expenses suffered or incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) as a result of, arising out of or in any way connected with the promotions or offer, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law. 

11.DiDi reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. 

12.These terms and conditions will be governed by the laws in the relevant state in which the promotion or offer is conducted.

Driver Refer Rider Reward Terms and Conditions

1.This offer is available until 11:59pm (local time) on 19 October 2020. 

2.To be eligible for this offer, you must successfully refer at least one (1) person to register as a rider of the DiDi-Rider app in one of the Eligible Cities using your unique referral code. 

3.The referee must be a new user who has never taken a trip with DiDi in Australia. Personal social-network accounts, credit/debit cards, mobile number and emails that belong to the same individual will be considered and verified as one DiDi account in Australia. 

4.A successful referral is recognised when the referee completes one (1) trip:

(a)     if being referred before DiDi’s Launch in the above-mentioned cities, within fourteen (14) days from DiDi’s Launch; or

(b)    if being referred after DiDi’s Launch in the above-mentioned cities, within fourteen (14) days from being referred. 

5.For each successful referral, you will receive $10 Referral Reward. 

6.In addition to the Referral Reward, the Referral Boost Reward may be available to you from time to time. When available, the Referral Boost Reward operates by attributing different Boost Reward to the various tiers in accordance with the table below:
