1. A driver-partner will receive a referral reward of $100 when the driver-partner has successfully referred at least one person (the Referred User) to register and be approved as a driver-partner with DiDi in Australia and the Referred User has completed ten (10) trips within DiDi’s operational area in Sunshine Coast:

(a) if being referred before the Launch Date – within seven (7) days from the Launch Date; or

(b) if being referred after the Launch Date – within seven (7) days of being referred.

Personal social-network accounts, credit/debit cards, mobile numbers and emails that belong to the same individual will be considered and verified as one DiDi account in Australia.

4. Driver-partner will receive $20 as the referral reward for this offer, which will be added to their earnings upon completion of a Successful Referral. A Successful Referral is recognised when the Rider signs up using the driver-partner’s referral link or code and completes one (1) trip within DiDi’s operational area in Sunshine Coast by:

(a) if being referred before the Launch Date – within seven (7) days from the Launch Date; or

(b) if being referred after the Launch Date – within seven (7) days of being referred.

5. The Rider will receive 2 vouchers of $10 after successful registration with the driver-partner’s referral code. The voucher will automatically apply to their eligible trip and a voucher can only be used once. Note that the highest value voucher will always be applied first. Voucher expires on the expiry date specified on the voucher.

Eligible entrants will enter the competition automatically.

Competition Period: This competition begins at 12:00am on 23 August 2019 (AEST) and ends at 11:59pm on 31 October 2019 (AEST).

How to Enter: Download the DiDi-Driver app and register and be approved as a driver-partner for DiDi in Sunshine Coast before 12:00 am (AEST) on 23 September 2019. To be eligible you must first successfully refer twenty (20) riders using your unique referral code. A successful referral is recognised when the referee signs up using the driver-partner’s unique referral code and completes one (1) trip within seven (7) days of registration (or if signed up prior to 23 September 2019, complete one (1) trip by 11:59pm on 30 September 2019) within DiDi’s operational area in Sunshine Coast. The five (5) driver-partners with the highest number of successful referrals will be awarded a prize of 0% services fee for one (1) year for the one year period noted in the Prize section.

Prize: For one-year period from 12:00am 11 November 2019 (AEST) to 11:59pm 10 November 2020 (AEST), DiDi will charge no services fee on the winner’s completed trips that start in DiDi’s operational area in Sunshine Coast as a driver-partner using the DiDi-Driver app.

Drawing and Winner Notification: The winners will be notified via email by DiDi and on social channels by 10:00am 6 November 2019 (AEST). List of winners may also be displayed on DiDi’s website blog, Facebook page and Instagram page.

1. Information of the specific competition forms part of these terms and conditions of entry.

2. The promoter of all competitions is DiDi Mobility (Australia) Pty Ltd (ABN 96 623 144 963) (DiDi).

3. All competition entrants must reside in Queensland with a Queensland postal address. Entrants from outside Queensland will be disqualified.

4. To qualify for the competition, any entrant must be eighteen (18) years of age or older, have downloaded the DiDi-Driver app, has successfully registered and is approved as a driver-partner for Sunshine Coast, and has successfully referred twenty (20) riders or more (Qualified Entrant).

5. A successful referral is recognised when the referee signs up using the referrer’s unique referral code and completes one (1) trip within seven (7) days of registration (or if signed up prior to 23 September 2019, complete one (1) trip by 11:59pm on 30 September 2019) within DiDi’s operational area in Sunshine Coast.

6. All Qualified Entrants will automatically enter into the competition. DiDi may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any entries from, and prohibit further participation in this competition by any person without further explanation.

7. Winners will be allocated by highest number of successful referrals capped at five (5). DiDi reserves the right to determine if a referral is successful or unsuccessful. If the number of Qualified Entrants is less than 5, the number of winners will be the number of Qualified Entrants.

8. The winners are responsible for all other costs which may be incurred in acceptance and use of a prize.

9. DiDi reserves the right to draw additional entries in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.

10. The prize is valid for a period of one (1) year from 12:00am 11 November 2019 (AEST) to 11:59pm 10 November 2020 (AEST).

11. The 0% services fee applies to all trips that start within DiDi’s operational area in Sunshine Coast during the valid period. The offer applies after each eligible trip and will be added to the driver-partner’s weekly earnings. Driver-partners will need to remove their ‘Destination’ under Settings in the app to be eligible for the offer.

12. Unless otherwise specified, prizes or any unused portion of a prize, are not exchangeable or transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

13. At DiDi’s request, winners must participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) in connection with this competition, free of charge, and they consent to DiDi using their name and image in promotional material.

14. DiDi may communicate, advertise or run a competition using Facebook or Instagram. However, such competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook or Instagram. By entering any competition, you are agreeing to completely release Facebook or Instagram from any and all liability associated with the competition.

15. By participating in the competition, unless otherwise advised, each entrant expressly consents to DiDi collecting personal information from entrants to conduct the competition and may, in the course of business, use the personal information for promotional and marketing purposes or disclose the personal information to third parties, as required and to the extent permissible under applicable privacy laws. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to that office.

16. DiDi is not liable for any loss (including loss of opportunity), damage (including, but not limited to, direct, indirect or consequential loss), personal injury, illness or death suffered in relation to this competition or the acceptance or use of the prize, except for any liability which under statute cannot be exclude (in which case that liability is limited to the greatest extent allowed by law).

17. Without limiting the previous paragraph, DiDi will not be liable for any damage to or delay in transit of prizes.

18. DiDi reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the competition without notice.
