1) If you can log in normally, please change your phone number by yourself in the HR system.
2) If you cannot log in, please ask your leader to send an email titled "Application to Change Phone Number" in which the leader specifies the employee''s ID, name, email address, original and new phone numbers and reasons for changing. After the HRBP has confirmed that the new phone number belongs to the employee, he/she should send a confimation email to the ER who will change the employee''s phone number in the employee information management system. The new phone number will take effect in the ME account within 24 hours.
Didi Service Accounts
The phone numbers of Didi service accounts are the phone numbers of the account owners and cannot be changed individually.
Outsourcing Employees and Interns
Please contact your outsourcing coordinator or call the IT Customer Service at (010) 83043000 during working hours to change your phone number.
help.q3=5.Trouble with Login
help.a3=a. No redirection address is found:
1) The login of the third-party app fails to redirect itself to ME because there is no redirecrt_url parameter.
2) Please contact the administrator of the system you try to log in to for code debugging to ensure that the system has the correct redirect_url parameter.
b. No predefined host is found
Possible reasons:
1) The system you try to log in to is not connected to ME or its ME has been offline.
2) You are currently in extranet which doesn''t have access to this businesssystem. For the sake of security, some business systems can only be logged in to in Didi''s intranet.
c.The redirection address is invalid: same reasons as mentioned above
d.After login, if you don''t have the permission to visit XXX, please click to apply for the permission.
1) You can apply for the corresponding permission in the permission system.
2) You can log in to the system after the permission has been granted.
e.Login error: incorrect account or password
Possible reasons:
1) You can try to reset your password. If this doesn''t work, maybe it''s because your account doesn''t exist, or your account is in "unemployed" status. If you are a regular employee or intern, please contact the HRBP of your department. If you are an outsourcing employee, please contact your outsourcing coordinator.
2) If you have ensured that you have an account, please check if you log in with the right account. Usually, the accounts for DiDi regular employees and interns are the email prefixes of their didichuxing email addresses. the accounts for outsourcing employees are the whole email adresses.
3) If you have ensured that you have entered the correct account, please check whether you''ve entered the correct password. If you are not certain,please reset your password.
f. If you''ve entered the wrong password too many times and you can''t retry yet, or if you can only retry in xx minutes after entering the wrong account or password too many times.
1) To prevent password cracking, if an user has entered the wrong password up to n times within m minutes, an account will be locked for a certain period of time. Usually, the account lock will last for 15 minutes.
2) After that, the user can try to log in again.

help.a5=For security concern, some sub-systems can only be accessed in intranet, so you may need to connect VPN in extranet to have the access.
a.Make sure you have:
1) Downloaded and installed Cisco AnyConnect VPN from App Store or Cisco official website.
2) Installed and set up Ning Shield on mobile devices.
3) Access to VPN login (DiDi employees and interns are granted by default, whereas other users should apply for the VPN access) .
b. Steps
1) Click to run Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client
2) Enter didivpn.didichuxing.com in the text box and tick "Minimize AnyConnect on VPN connect" and "Allow local(LAN) access when using VPN (If configured) " in Settings. Untick "Block connections to untrusted servers" and other options. Then select "Close" on the upper right corner.
3) Click “Connect” to connect to VPN
4) Select "Group" in the new window that pops up and enter name and password (email password) , and select “Confirm”. Enter One-Time Password from Ning Shield, and select "Confirm".
